Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day diary of the CEO.
• Support CEO in his BUSINESS and PERSONAL administrative needs (administrative declarations for the companies, managing payments, bank transfers)
• Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries
• Knowledgeable about rules and administration about living in Dubai
• Handle general administrative duties, including incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Support the office in maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
• Maintaining files
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
