Qualification:
• Bachelor or equivalent; certifications or coursework in cleaning, landscaping, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the same field
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, landscaping practices, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting.
• Physical ability to conduct on-site inspections, including walking, standing, and bending.

JD:
A. Inspection and Evaluation:
• Conduct thorough inspections of office facilities, both indoor and outdoor spaces, to assess the quality of cleaning and landscaping activities.
• Evaluate the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of spaces, as well as the condition of landscapes, gardens, and outdoor amenities.
• Identify deviations from established cleaning and landscaping standards and regulations.
B. Documentation:
• Document inspection findings using detailed reports, photographs, and notes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and follow-up actions taken by appointed maintenance contractors and employer.
C. Communication:
• Communicate inspection findings to FM department head, FM managers, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations for improvement based on identified deficiencies.
D. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that cleaning processes and landscaping practices align with industry standards and guidelines.
• Verify that cleaning products, tools, and equipment are used effectively, safely and in accordance with standards and certifications.
E. Compliance:
• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols in both cleaning and landscaping activities.
• Ensure that the proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
F. Training and Guidance:
• Offer guidance and training to cleaning and landscaping staff regarding best practices, techniques, and safety measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in cleaning and landscaping procedures.
G. Problem Solving:
• Identify root causes of recurring cleaning or landscaping issues and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
• Address and resolve any complaints or concerns related to cleaning and landscaping quality.
H. Report Generation:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports summarizing inspection findings, trends, and improvement actions.
• Present reports to management or relevant stakeholders as needed.
