To qualify you should have 2-3 years UAE experience in the real estate sector, with the ability to generate financial models/ feasibility studies / business plans that assess new market opportunities as well as their existing land bank.
Please note they are not seeking those who coordinate modelling/ feasibility work that has been outsourced to agency. As a core member of the Development team, you need to know this inside out.
