Experience working in the luxury resort-hotel sector within the Middle East, particularly the UAE, with exposure to additional international markets to bring ideas and know-how from other parts of the world, will be ideal for this assignment.
This is a hands-on role with lots of rewarding challenges in a successful property and leading company.
A key ingredient will be to take on the responsibility of every aspect of the operations and be highly organised to pre-empt the needs of the clients and the front-of-house teams. It will be essential that your management style is high-profile with your colleagues and with the clients.
