Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and
passionate Arabic Chef to join our team at
our cloud kitchen facility. As an Arabic
Chef, you will be responsible for creating
authentic and flavorful Arabic dishes for
delivery and takeout. You will play a vital
role in developing and executing a diverse
menu that showcases the rich culinary
heritage of the Arab world. If you have a
deep understanding of Arabic cuisine, a

fast-paced kitchen environment, this role is
perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
Menu Development and Recipe Creation:
Collaborate with the management team to
develop a menu that highlights the best of
Arabic cuisine while considering customer
preferences and market trends. Create
authentic Arabic recipes, incorporating
traditional flavors, spices, and cooking
techniques. Ensure a diverse range of
vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian
options to cater to a wide customer base.
Continuously explore and experiment with
new ingredients, flavors, and presentation
styles to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Food Preparation and Cooking: Oversee
the preparation and cooking of Arabic
dishes, ensuring they are executed to
perfection. Maintain high standards of
taste, quality, and presentation for all Arabic
food items. Train and supervise kitchen
staff in the proper techniques and methods
of Arabic cuisine. Ensure that ingredients
are sourced and stored appropriately,
maintaining their freshness and
authenticity.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce
strict quality control standards to ensure
consistency and authenticity of Arabic
dishes. Conduct regular taste tests and
inspections of food products to maintain
high-quality standards. Monitor customer
feedback and adapt recipes and cooking
methods accordingly to enhance customer
satisfaction.
Kitchen Operations: Manage and optimize
kitchen operations to ensure smooth
workflow and efficiency. Coordinate with
the procurement team to maintain adequate
inventory levels of Arabic ingredients,
spices, and specialty items. Ensure
compliance with food safety and sanitation
standards, following local health regulations
and company policies.
Culinary Innovation and Specials: Stay
updated on the latest Arabic food trends,
techniques, and innovations. Explore
creative ways to incorporate regional
specialties and modern twists into the
menu.
Introduce seasonal specials and
promotions to attract and engage
customers.
Requirements: Proven experience as an
Arabic Chef, preferably in a high-volume
kitchen or cloud kitchen environment. In-
depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine,
including various regional styles, flavors,
and cooking techniques. Passion for
creating authentic and flavorful Arabic
dishes, while also open to innovation and
contemporary interpretations. Strong
creativity and the ability to develop new
recipes and adapt traditional dishes to
modern tastes. Excellent organizational and
time management skills to handle a fast-
paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of
food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary
degree or relevant certification in Arabic
cuisine is a plus.
