Hiring Accountant
Job Description:
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Preparing payment and receipt vouchers on the ERP system
• Issue and prepare Tax Invoices
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Handling and preparation of petty cash expense entries
• Handling and follow-up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Purchase invoice bookings and issue cheques to suppliers.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
• Knowledge in UAE VAT law
• Knowledge in employee welfare benefits and payroll preparation
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
• Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
• As needed, assist with other accounting projects.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Liaison with bank and auditors
• 3-5 years of UAE Experience Preferred
