Accountant

We are on a lookout for a highly competitive and trustworthy Accountant
Location: Dubai UAE
Experience: 2-3 years in UAE
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Attend daily finance and accounting functions.
• Raising Invoices as per the payment terms, following up the collection and depositing the payments.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, corporate tax and UAE VAT filing requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information.
• Reviewing Financial Discrepancies.
• Prepare and close monthly management reports and annual financial statements on timely and accurate basis.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, banks, suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and ensure availability of funds for cash flow requirements.
• Fully versed with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and accounting software (Zoho).
• Ready to handle the hand over account dept responsibilities
• Monitoring and maintaining records of Vacation and Sick Leave and preparing monthly payroll.
• Qualifications and Competencies
• CA, ACCA, CMA equivalent or part-qualified with 2-3 years UAE experience
• Minimum 2 years of taxation, audit, finance and accounting work experience
• With good knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and filing
• Able to analyze financial records, bank statements, contracts
• Can prepare financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies.
• Keen on details and can work independently with less supervision on simultaneous engagements
• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and motivational skills
