A leading name in packaging industry is looking to hire a HR Officer for their office based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prior experience in handling HR Admin roles.
• Facilities management.
• Company’s entire recruitment.
• In-house training as and when the needs arise.
• Conducting Induction program for new joiners.
• Support Finance Team with monthly payroll process, by preparing payroll adjustments, leave records (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Cash Advance, deductions).
• Prepare Overtime, HR, and Admin Budget.
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Handling Employee grievances and complaints efficiently.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Supporting PRO for handling visa process / renewals for employees, company Trade License, Tenancy Contract, company Vehicle registrations, insurances.
• OHC (Occupational Health Certificate).
• Handling various insurance of the company.
• Important: HACCP Certified and to know the complete process.
Education & other requirement:
• Relevant Degree in HR
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Working Hours & Days: 8hrs/5 days a week
• Salary: AED 5000 - 8000
• Job Location: Dubai World Central, Dubai
