IT Sales Officer

We are hiring for an IT Sales Officer
Location: PORT SAEED, DEIRA, DUBAI
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility.
• Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange customer meetings.
• Respond to tender documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.
• Provide project oversight and work with project managers or project technical leads to make sure that customer expectations are met while acting as the escalation point for customer issues.
• Assist in the procurement process by issuing and tracking purchase requests for specified projects. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan. Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree - Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be an enterprising person, take initiative, and possess a self-learning ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales.
• Must have relevant Experience in IT Sales.
