We glad to announce that currently, We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist with a strong background in talent acquisition related to marketing and finance field to join our team.
Position Objective:
As the Senior HR Specialist you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our marketing and finance teams by attracting and hiring
exceptional individuals who align with our company’s vision and values, leveraging your 7 years of experience, you will lead and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically tailored to marketing and finance roles, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for marketing and finance positions, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the best fit for the organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the marketing and finance departments to understand their staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, promoting a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously enhance the company’s talent acquisition approach.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
• Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Advise leadership on potential legal risks and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master or diploma degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR with a strong focus on -talent acquisition specially in marketing and finance field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
