Position: Trainer
Domain: BPO/ Call Center
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in imparting training in BPO/ Call Center environment. Home country experience is also fine.
Salary : AED 5k + Food + Other benefits as per UAE labour laws
Summary:
Responsible for creating, delivering, and enhancing training programs for call center/BPO employees. Facilitates engaging sessions, evaluates performance, and collaborates to ensure effective learning.
Responsibilities:
• Develop targeted training programs and materials.
• Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve skills.
• Evaluate performance and adjust training as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to align training with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Prior experience in training or similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in training tools and software.
• Understanding of call center/BPO operations and customer service principles.
