Calling all Service Engineers.
What we are looking for?
• Managing the technical side of the service department.
• Arranging and attending all the new installations of various brands for different clients.
• Attending breakdown calls of the instruments during the contract period.
• Communicating with Manufacturers for all the technical solutions, all other queries
• Arranging all Queries like Documentation, support from the customers for the instrument side
• Supporting the Sales team for the technical side including new tenders.
• Assigning daily activities to the colleague and support
• Guiding, technical support, and training to the colleague from Onsite and Oncall.
• Management of all the stocks or spare parts and arrangements
• and performing PPM for all the Instruments installed. during the contract period.
• Managing routine visits for all the instruments.
• Managing all the technical support for Govt sectors for temperature monitoring systems.
• Should have 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Available in UAE immediately, please don’t apply if you are outside UAE.
