Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing GM (Sales & Marketing) for Lubricant products to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD(Board of Directors)
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Description
• Manage full Operations of Sales and Marketing Branches
• Do Business Development for Lubricants products
• Manage staff sales, warehouse, marketing, back office, and retail shops.
• Knowedge of plant operation and monitoring operations of Lubricant Plant.
The Role
• Ensure the smooth process flow with effective manner, Sales and business development, in charge.
• Mainly responsible for the business growth of lubricants products
• Managing operators, process flow and back office.
Job Requirements
• More preferable with engineering background with MBA would be added advantage.
• At least 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing & Managerial position in UAE market.
• Leadership and negotiation skills for Procurement involvement roles in major procurements.
• Proactive and positive working attitude in developing new
• Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Strong Business Development in Lubricants products
• Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.
• Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team
• Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
• Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise with evaluation skills.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
