Knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field from a recognized university
• 6-8 years of geospatial-related programming experience
• Excellent knowledge of ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Javascript API, ArcGIS python API, ArcSDE/Oracle, FME server, Geocortex, AutoCAD and Microstation
• Programming knowledge in Python, Swift, Kotlin, Java, C#, Javascript, HTML 5
• Familiar with web technologies such as Django, Dojo, Node.js, Angular, React, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
• Knowledge of cartography principles and mapping conventions
• Knowledge of Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry, and GPS
• Advanced knowledge of GIS standards.
• Advanced knowledge of map projections, coordinate systems and datum.
• Extensive knowledge in GeoJSON, JSON, XML, REST & SOAP-based web services.
• Familiar with FME workflows and task automation.
