Roles and responsibilities:
• Assisting and managing contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Handling administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Handling customer invoicing, monitoring payments, and resolving billing issues.
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to details and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Preferred Candidate: UAE Facility management experienced.
