Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor required
• To ensure efficient and effective completion of all maintenance work to agreed standards including:
• Ensuring breakdown work is promptly and effectively completed.
• Allocate planned preventative, corrective, or design work to maintenance workers or subcontractors to ensure the most efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure effective completion of work including capturing of information into the Computer Maintenance Management System
• Execute hands-on work as part of the team
Job Requirement
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant post-trade or higher qualifications
• Desirable Work Experience
• 4-5 years maintenance experience in the process industry preferably in Building maintenance/ Construction Industry

• Major Activities
• Maintain a continuous awareness and practice of OHS&E;standards to ensure that OHS&E;requirements are strictly complied with.
• Continuous liaison with Client’s Production to ensure customer satisfaction
• Allocate work to self, maintenance team, and sub-contractors on a daily basis to ensure full utilization of maintenance resources to complete work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible
• Ensure satisfactory completion of work to Quant standards
• Re-prioritize work for breakdown situations or as may be required from time to time
• Liaison with Planner to update the work schedule and implement corrective actions where deviations occur
• Recognizing and responding to the implications of maintenance decisions on business results
• Approve all invoices for the work area
• Others as may be determined from time to time
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 3500 to 4000 Plus Over Time
