We are currently looking for Call Center Agents for a leading institution of academic and research excellence in Qatar.
Qualifications:
• Educational qualification of the candidates shall not be less than the secondary level, and the university qualification is preferred, especially those who are university graduates from Qatar.
• Have previous work experience in call centers of not less than two years.
• Speak and write in Arabic and English with high efficiency. Bilingual is a must.
• English language certificate, IELTS (5) or its equivalent, or proof of previous studies in English.
• Ability and flexibility to use computer programs and various applications such as (Microsoft office, Cisco, system IM, HPSM system).
• Passed the typing test at a rate of no less than 15 words per minute.
