Hiring: Project Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Understanding Technical Details of Sanitary Wares and Plumbing.
• Preparing Proposal Quotations for Sanitary Ware and Tiles.
• Preparing Technical Submittals and Qualification documents.
• Responsible, Accurate and well organized person.
• Supporting sales representative and coordinate sales-related activities.
• Complying all the specified products against our proposal.
• Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices, Process orders.
• Arranging the Procurement, Logistics and Deliveries till finish of the project.
• Handling urgent calls, messages and emails of the client, answering client queries and informing about the details of the order or queries.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Sanitary Wares/Building Materials is a PLUS.
• Proven 2-3 years work experience as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator.
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to dig-in and continually learn new things and build knowledge base.
• Salary will be discussed.
• Duty timings: Mon to Fri, 09:00-18:00
• Company provides: Visa, Health Insurance, 30 leave days/year.
