Hiring LI Support Desk Engineer -junior level, #Dubai.
• Job Type: Temporary-Contract.
• Visa: Candidates with own visa arrangements in UAE are preferred
Applications knowledge:
• CASMEX/IshieId/WPS user management (user creation/activation/
• deactivation/user inter branch transfer)
• Money products (WU, RIA, TRANSFAST) user management (user
• creation/password reset/user transfer
• Remote connection with Application vendor
Helpdesk:
• Desktop support (printer, scanner configuration, troubleshooting
• desktop/laptop users)
• Day to Day issues
• Desktop/Laptop windows upgrade, hardware upgrade
• Basic network troubleshooting
• User file backup & restore.
• Windows installation on desktop & laptop
• Branch visit required if remote support not working.
• Coordinating with vendors
• Outlook/onedrive related issues
AD management.
• Remote users support.
• Biometric devices & door access support.
• AVAYA IP telephone basic support
• ISP coordination if branch internet & telephone issues occurred.
