Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates
• Based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific positions.
