Senior UX/UI Designers and Senior UX Researcher

Looking for 4 Senior UX/UI Designers and a Senior UX Researcher for the duration of 6 months.

JD:
• Planning and conducting user research: Designing and executing research plans to gather insights from users, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methodologies.
• Analyzing user data: Analyzing and interpreting research findings, identifying patterns, trends, and user behaviors to generate actionable insights for design and product improvement.
• User persona development: Creating user personas based on research data to represent target user groups, their characteristics, needs, and goals.
• Usability testing: Planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of digital products or prototypes, and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user-centered design principles are applied throughout the product development process.
• Conducting competitive analysis: Researching and analyzing competitor products and experiences to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Stakeholder communication: Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the voice of the user.
• Iterative design feedback: Providing feedback and recommendations for design iterations based on user research findings to enhance the user experience.
• Continuous learning: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, UX methodologies, and research techniques to continuously improve research practices and contribute to the field of UX.
• Ethical considerations: Ensuring research is conducted in an ethical manner, respecting user privacy and confidentiality, and adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
Please note: Candidate should possess a passport. For a senior profile, if the candidate is shortlisted, there is a possibility that they may be required to travel to Dubai for at least one week. The client will handle visa arrangements and accommodation.
