Assistant Finance Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Finance Manager for one of our clients a well-known Perfume Manufacturing company based in UAE.

Requirements:
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Fair understanding of AX Microsoft / SAP and BI structures.
• Good knowledge of international accounting and financial reporting standards
• Qualified CA/ICWAI
• At least five years of finance experience with minimum three years in retail managerial role.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Based in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the overall accounting functions of retail division.
• Handle control of chart of accounts.
• Monitor the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role covering accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and inventory management modules.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of rental payment and renewal of trade license on time to time.
• Coordination with banks and manage the cash flow.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Assisting FM in month end closing activities, periodical MIS, budgetary control, annual accounts finalization & Audit.
• Support FM on the analysis and feasibility study of various business proposals.
• Perform any other related job duties as requested by FM, or as required by the process framework.
• Ensure compliance of GCC VAT regulations /Income tax and customs duty.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Compliance with mall management and government agencies
• KYC and other compliance with bank.
