Minimum Job Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law
Experience in a relevant field in the recruitment function
Knowledge:
• Understanding of best practices in recruitment policies, processes, and procedures
• Deep understanding of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques
• Knowledge and experience of human capital
• Knowledge and experience of addressing key human capital-related challenges, such as talent attraction and nationalization
• Understanding of the UAE and Abu Dhabi culture and working environment
Attributes:
• Ability to develop clear frameworks, processes, and procedures
• Ability to communicate and develop strong working relationships with internal teams
• Ability to remain up to date with developments and changes in human capital best practice
• Ability to leverage multiple indicators to assess recruitment strategies and plans
• Ability to work with external stakeholders to understand and ensure compliance with HRA guidelines and standards
• Ability to provide recommendations and updates to existing systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of DoE operations
