Orange Design Group is a leading architectural and interior design firm specializing in innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural / Technical Draftsman to join our interior design team.
Job description:
• Create technical drawings from the design of Architects and Interior designers.
• 5+ years of experience in the same field in the UAE.
• Preparing architectural drawings mainly architectural layout / Joinery & Fit-out and shop drawings as per the approved BOQ.
• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to Architectural/Interior fit-out & Joinery.
• Must have experience in Residential and Commercial Project.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Develop technical drawings that adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Autocad or Archicad. Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD required.
• Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.
• Preferred Diploma or degree in Architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• The candidate should be located in the UAE.
