A real estate company are looking for an Office manager with excellent organizational and communication skills to join their new Dubai office.
Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Develop and maintain a excel records .
Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Salary: 2500 AED per month
