Openings: Factory HR Manager
Key Result Areas:
• Candidates with strong experience in IR related activities.
• Manage the complete employee life-cycle.
• Handling Labour issues in factories
• Budget planning for the factory.
• Design, Develop and manage competitive reward system and
• Compensation structure.
• Manpower planning for the Factory.
• Effectively handle IR, Contract Labour, and liaison with the Government bodies.
• Negotiate with multiple Employee Unions. Driving new initiatives.
• Statutory compliance. Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits.
• Handling union/Labour issues.
• End to end employee life cycle management.
• Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures.
• Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
• Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
