Job vacancy for an African Head Chef at a Nigerian restuarant
The African Head Chef is responsible for studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality African dishes (especially Nigerian meals). You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
• The Head Chef should be experienced with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients as well as prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.
• Career background
• High School diploma or equivalent and above is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on managerial experience as a chef in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.
• Has own visa (preferably)
• Lives in Dubai
• Be able to resume immediately
• Fluent in English Language
