Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant required
A Real Estate Developer company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with banks and other financial institutions to secure funding for the company’s projects, as well as managing the financial aspects of these projects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure funding for projects.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision making.
• Manage the work of junior finance team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in #finance, #accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance management, with experience in #realestate development a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting , #budgeting, and #forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations is a plus.
