HVAC Site Engineer required
Responsibilities
• Prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all plumbing and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager/HVAC/EL Engineer for approval prior to execution at the site.
• Interprets construction drawings and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the HVAC/EL work groups at the site.
• Plans the execution of all PL-related works and coordinates the works with Electromechanical and civil groups.
• Prepare comparison charts for each item (material/equipment) from three vendors.
• Work schedule to be made based on the construction program provided by the Main contractor and submitted for review and approval.
Requirements and skills
• 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting companies in Dubai.
• Fluent in spoken and written English language and excellent communication skills for presenting our company
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance. This includes knowledge of heating and cooling loads, airflow, ventilation, and ductwork.
• Excellent knowledge to troubleshoot HVAC systems, diagnose problems, and developing solutions to address issues. This includes identifying inefficiencies in systems and proposing solutions to improve performance.
• Ability to handle HVAC systems in design and detail to ensure systems are properly installed and functioning correctly.

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000.00 per month
