As a Reception Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out of their rooms, overseeing reservations, and providing information and recommendations regarding the hotel
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using reservation software and computer skills
• Familiarity with Dubai’s tourism industry and attractions is an advantage
• Willing to work flexible hours
