Join our team as a Property Consultant/Community Specialist.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling properties of designated communities in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as developers, lawyers, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals
• Stay updated on the real estate market and property values in Dubai.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills:
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license
