We are currently hiring for Talent Acquisition Executive (Arabic) for one of our government client in UAE.
Salary - AED 12,500/- maximum.
Air Ticket Allowance - AED 2,000 after completion of 12 months.
Nationality - Arabic only.
Notice Period - Immediate joiners only.
Job Description:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. recruitment, social and professional platforms).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Only candidates who are currently in UAE and immediately available will be considered.
