Responsibilities:
• Supervising a competitive team and providing a constant training so that the team provides the highest caliber of service to the potential customers.
• Managing the daily operations of the real estate including staff schedules and bookings
• Establish solid relationships with landlords and customers
• Source new properties by prospecting and building a network
• Education And Experience
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 7 years of UAE real estate experience
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
