Franchise Manager required.
• Person must be in UAE.
• Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Business or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 Years relevant experience in perfume/fragrance industries only.
• working at senior levels of organizations, including with executive management and Boards of Directors
• Setting and executing business strategies, operational plans, budgets and sales targets.
• Work history of achieving targets and KPI’s
• Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in consumer retail
• Passion / strong interest in Luxury and consumer retailing
• Strong initiative, leadership and management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Business minded and results-oriented.
• Able to balance priorities, resilient, dynamic.
• Willing to travel to our franchises overseas when required. This may require occasional overnight / weekend stays.
