Hiring Key Account Representative for a semi government real estate company in Dubai.
• Follow up with key tenants on #renewal and #payment collection.
• Key tenant’s emails to be replied within 24 hours maximum.
• Answering key tenant’s calls and attending their queries.
• Communicating and collaborating with e-services, maintenance, legal, finance, operations, marketing, and sales departments to ensure that key clients & VIP’s needs are met.
• Follow up on complex queries with the appropriate operational staff and
• Ensure that the customer is provided the information in a timely manner.
• Providing key tenant with account statement, payment breakdown when requested.
