Property Advisor

Maverick Realty is looking for a resourceful, passionate and hand working Property Advisor to help us accomplish our vision.
Skills Required:
• Punctual, optimistic, passionate, ambitious and commands a can-do-attitude
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
• Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken) Bi-lingual is a plus
• Commitment to high professional, ethical standards and genuine customer service
• Providing guidance of market trends to buyers and sellers
• Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships
• Determine client’s needs and financials abilities and propose solutions that matches their requirements
• Honest, enthusiastic and organized
• Innovative and creative who think out of the box
• Result oriented and can deliver tangible results consistently without compromising on customer service or professional standard
• UAE driving license and own car is a plus
Qualification:
• Preferrable 1 year Sales experience in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
