Hiring Alumni Coordinator
Location #Sharjah
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating alumni events, engaging with alumni to build relationships, and promoting the university’s programs and services to the alumni community. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to engage with alumni and promote the university’s programs and services.
• Organize and coordinate alumni events, including reunions, networking events, and other alumni activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of alumni engagement activities and alumni contact information.
• Communicate regularly with alumni through email, social media, and other channels to keep them informed about university news, events, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with alumni.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements is a plus.
