We are a new smoking requisites distribution company based in Dubai, UAE, seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our product offerings to Retail Shops, Restaurants and Shisha Cafes. The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers in the B2B market, including hotels, cafes and restaurants.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports for the sales manager
Liaising with warehouse to ensure timely execution of orders

Skills Required:
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with customers
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Highly motivated and results driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Basic computer skills with ability to work in Microsoft Office
