We are Hiring for Senior Quantity Surveyor with following requirements
• Experience in Invoicing (Client and Subcontractor) minimum 10 - 15 years.
• Analysis and study of Tender documents, drawings, Specification,
• Knowledge in Claims and variations.
• Capable of handling meeting with clients and certification of payment
• Coordination with planning, procurement, and finance and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.
• Prepare Client Invoice with backup Documents.
• Check and certify Subcontractor invoice.
• Preparation of take of quantity from construction drawing.
• Prepare draft Final Settlement (Client & Subcontractor)
• Any other roles assigned by Department Manager.
• Available immediately
• Job location UAE - Dubai.
