Sales Manager

Hiring Sales Manager for our sister company (Table & Beyond)
The role will be to oversee all marketing activities as well as managing the company/partner e-commerce platforms.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Be based in the UAE/Dubai
• Proven experience as a Marketing/ e-Commerce manager in the region
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A highly commercial outlook with a focus on ROI
• Experience with Wo Commerce and Klavio
Strategic Marketing:
• Develop a marketing plan for all social media
• Ensure brands are represented within brand guidelines through B2B and B2C
• Management of the digital and E-Commerce roadmap
• Take care of content creation in line with our brand positioning and create proper concepts
• Liaise with any freelancers/ photographer to accomplish all tasks
• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns
• Build a strategy to increase social media presence and activity and followers
• Set up all the Newletters and customer journey
Website/technical support:
• Manage and maintain inhouse ecommerce sites alongside ecommerce coordinator
• Monitor web analytics and internal data and own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs
• Develop a trading calendar to increase conversion whilst maintaining profitability
• Enhance website user experience
• Oversee design and development of the website
• Develop and own a website change roadmap to increase conversion rate and improve SEO, collaborating with tech teams to ensure timely delivery
