Hiring Estimation & Costing Engineer
• Experience- 5-8Years in Oilfield Components Machining Company
• Education- BE Mech; Certification in CNC Programming & Masters in Manufacturing Management would be an added advantage.
Job Location- Dubai
• Ideal candidate would be experienced in reviewing drawings- analyze, interpret machining requirements, raw material and tool requirements, machining hours, possible dispatch schedule and prepare quotes for customer.
• Receive enquiries for manufacturing of various oil & gas components- coordinate with production & submit quotes.
• Prepare cost sheets including material cost, labor charges in consultation with production team, sub vendor costs if any and all costs incurred in the production of the item
• Review all Tender Document Information for completeness i.e. Instruction to Tender, Specification, Drawing, Photos, Data Sheet, Technical Reports.
• Expertise in production planning including tendering, sales contracts, engineering & productions. Key contributor in reducing cost and streamline production processes that saves time, money & committed to deliver on time.
• Material planning which involves placing pre-purchase request for raw material, Spares, instruments and other works through ERP.
• Maintaining the Rough capacity planning, Load charts, work balance chart for various work cells and adjusting the scheduling based on priorities.
