Hiring Business Development Manager (Chinese speaker)
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing business development strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
• Identifying and targeting potential clients and markets, including conducting market research and analyzing market trends.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the legal industry.
• Leading sales and marketing initiatives, including creating pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Managing and overseeing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines.
• Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Working closely with internal teams, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
• Analyzing market data and evaluating business opportunities to create business plans.
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members, setting goals and priorities, and driving business results.
Required Skills
• Must have fluency in Chinese
• Min 3 years UAE experience as a Business Development Manager
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Self-starter and Adaptability nature
• Analytical Skills
