Customer Service Executive, Freight Forwarding
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience
Additional:
• Graduate with +3 yrs. of experience in customer service & operations in a reputed freight forwarding company.
• In-depth knowledge of handling import /export /cross trade business by Air & Sea freight.
• On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
• Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients.
• Experience in obtaining and negotiating rates with shipping lines and airlines.
• In-depth knowledge of customs formalities and procedures as per UAE regulations.
