Sales Coordinator

One of the leading Laundry Equipments trading company in JAFZA is looking for a Sales Coordinator to extend support for day-to-day operations in Parts sales division.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Line manager for managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Gathering accurate information about new clients and updating the system.
• Inform clients on logistics and supply procedures.
• Up to date follow up and maintenance of inquiry folders.
• Proper follow-up with the suppliers, Factories and clients related to the supplied goods.
• Preparation of quotations and proper follow up with clients on quotation.
• Preparation of sales order and proper follow up with clients on quotation.
• Support the manager to lead generation to expand trade activities in target markets.
• Handle communication with potential customers.
• Arrange the shipping and required documentation with the different departments.
• Follow-up customers and their feedback
• Analyzing and improving export commercial performance
• Planning marketing activities for the active customers
• Monthly sales report
• Approach new clients and increase customers database.
• Prepare detailed studies and reports about the market.
Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in laundry equipment spare parts experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Parts (must)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must be computer savvy.
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
