Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions via our e-commerce channels
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.
Compile in-depth data of each customer in a segregated database containing detailed info about each interaction.
Stay up-to-date with the organization’s new regulations, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the management.
Collaborate with the technical team to solve ongoing issues with a product or service.
المهارات
Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
Experience working in e-commerce
Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
Fluent communicator with an ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.
A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
