Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

A well-established F&B;group in UAE
Job Description:
Support the overall business and operations related to all human management / hr activities
Advise manager on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend change when needed
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interviews and select applicants
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and help in resolving work-related problems
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
المهارات
Qualifications:
35 years old and below
At least 3 years experience in the similar role with an up-scale hospitality or F&B;environment
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
