Hiring Accounts Supervisor for a logistics company based in Dubai.
Accounts Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the finance team on behalf of the Group finance management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and preparation of financial and management reports by working closely with the Finance manager.
• Lead the finance team and ensure the team is working to meet their daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
• Report and feedback to the Top management the areas of improvement for the finance team.
• Review all financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Job brief & Responsibilities:
• Complying with company, local and federal accounting regulations
• Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data
• Creating periodic reports, balance sheets, profit/loss accounts
• Presenting data to managers
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Maintaining data in record keeping is a MUST
• Computing taxes.
• Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals and support the management team in the decision-making process to meet financial goals for the company.
• Provide financial guidance and operational analysis to the management, operation teams and other functions.
Requirements, skills & Qualifications:
• Professional in Computer
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to interact with the staff regularly and assign them many tasks as well as guide them.
• He has to be a good communicator in order to pass the information clearly to the team members and make them understand what he wants them to do.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required (Recognized University)
• +5 years of Supervisory experience required – Mandatory
• Salary: Negotiable as per Industry standards
• Current location Dubai (Required)
• Language: English and Arabic.
