Hiring Senior Associate Construction/Arbitration
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The ideal candidate would have to meet the following criteria:
• Experience with (DIAC), DIFC-LCIA, (ICSID), and UNCITRAL.
• Registered Legal Practitioner of the DIFC Courts, and conduct advocacy in international arbitration proceedings.
• Seeking background handling complex high-value construction disputes, in both domestic and international arbitration and litigation in the DIFC and Dubai Courts, acting for developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants in all types of construction projects as well as other industry sectors.
• Salary will be a competitive market rate based on PQE and experience.
