Sales Manager - Secondary Market (Real Estate)
Recruit experienced agents
Build relationships with existing agents
Deliver the greatest chance of success for your agents
Implement proven methodology to grow and retain current agents
Ongoing coaching through our Performance Partnership for Agent Success
Individual and office training as necessary and/or requested
Provide overall management through planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Sales Agents in the office.
Provide support services for Sales Agents in the way transaction management, compliance, technology, advertising and continuing education
Promote an excellent office appearance
Work closely with agents, and affiliate company to formulate and implement various strategies, approaches and trainings
Assist in the planning and organization of local events
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 5+ years of sales experience
Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or brokers license
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, aware of current real estate technology and willing to seek out and embrace new and emerging technology
Interpersonal and people skills
Be approachable and relatable with leadership inspiration and ability to learn from others
Extensive area knowledge of UAE Cities.
