Key Account Executives and Managers

IFFCO Group Sales & Distribution division is looking to hire dynamic Key Account Executives and Managers under Modern Trade for Dry, Express and Fresh Categories.
Job Summary:
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry / Express / Fresh category in Dubai for Modern Trade. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic Responsibilities:
• To achieve sales targets for the area specified
• Leadership of the sales team
• Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
• Accountable to the collection and receivables
• To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
• Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
• Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
• Customer serviceability
• Responsible for Dry / Express /Fresh category of Modern Trade for assigned region.
KPI’s:
• Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
• Service targets being exceeded.
• Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
• Achieving operational benchmark standards.
• Development of personnel
• TMI management
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
• MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
• For Key Account Managers, min 5 to 7 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
• For Key Account Executives, min 3 to 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
